What are Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) collections?
Overview
A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) collection is a type of knowledge base reference material in Procurize AI. It consists of questions and answers that are indexed for reuse, analysis, and automated recommendations. FAQ collections help streamline knowledge sharing and improve AI-assisted workflows.
Like documents, FAQ collections have metadata attributes:
- Name
- Description
- State (Enabled, Pending, etc.)
- Target projects (workspaces)

Structure of an FAQ Collection
Each FAQ collection contains a series of Question-Answer-Comment elements:
- Question – The inquiry or prompt
- Answer – The response or solution
- Comment (optional) – Additional context or guidance
You can add, edit, or delete individual entries directly in the collection.
Note: To modify the knowledge base you need Editor rights. See the Roles and Permissions for details.

Creating and Importing FAQ Collections

Manual Creation – Add a new collection and input Q-A-Comment entries.
JSON Import – Load a collection from a JSON file.
Export from a Questionnaire – Convert a completed questionnaire into an FAQ collection.
- User-provided answers are indexed in the knowledge base
