What is Built-in Messaging?
Procurize Questionnaire’s built-in messaging feature lets you send and receive direct messages without leaving the questionnaire. This integrated tool supports real-time collaboration and keeps all communication tied directly to the task at hand.
Why Use It?
Messaging helps eliminate delays by allowing you to:
- Ask clarifying questions
- Confirm specific requirements
- Share status updates instantly with the requester
It reduces the need for external communication tools and keeps the entire conversation in one place.
When to Use It
Use the messaging feature anytime you need more context about a question, want to confirm expectations, or provide quick updates during the questionnaire response process.
Accessing the Messaging Feature
To open the messaging tool:
- Go to Questionnaires page
- Select the questionnaire you’re working on
- Click the Messages icon in the header
Using the Messaging Panel
- Open the Messages panel by clicking the icon
- Type your question, comment, or update
- Click Post comment to deliver the message
💡 Tip: You’ll receive email alerts for new replies. All conversations remain visible in the message panel for easy tracking and reference.
All interactions are logged within the questionnaire, helping your team stay organized, aligned, and efficient throughout the response process.
